Product warranty: If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time support@calicslight.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours. We will communicate specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge (we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).
 
Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components. Kindly ensure proper care and storage of the fixture while waiting for the replacement parts. Please understand that product problems caused by man-made damage or natural disasters do not comply with our warranty policy. Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, we are making adjustments to our shipping process. Please read the following important information regarding the potential impact on your orders and the measures we are taking:

1. Shipping Method Adjustment
StartingApril 15th, all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be15-25 days. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.

2. Tariff Fees
If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.

If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.

Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance.
